Responsibilities 主要職責(zé):
1) Collect and analyze related information in assigned area, including clients, market and channels. Make annual sales plan of concerned area for individual sales person accordingly.
收集和分析所負(fù)責(zé)區(qū)域的銷售信息,包括用戶、市場(chǎng)和渠道等信息。制定負(fù)責(zé)區(qū)域個(gè)人年度銷售計(jì)劃。
2) Fulfill the sales target of concerned area, negotiating with clients and agents, following up project and quotation, working on sales contract and collecting payment.
完成負(fù)責(zé)區(qū)域的銷售目標(biāo)。負(fù)責(zé)與直接客戶和代理商的談判,項(xiàng)目的跟蹤和報(bào)價(jià),擬定銷售合同,協(xié)調(diào)銷售合同的履行及款項(xiàng)回收。
3) Search for partner, develop and manage channel, keep good relationship with PSB and direct clients in assigned area.
尋找合作伙伴,進(jìn)行區(qū)域市場(chǎng)代理商開(kāi)發(fā)與維護(hù),并與電氣系統(tǒng)的直接用戶保持良好的關(guān)系。
4) Develop market in assigned area, assist in new product launching. Giving suggestion according to character of assigned area, collect evaluation information.
負(fù)責(zé)銷售區(qū)域市場(chǎng)的推廣并協(xié)助新產(chǎn)品的市場(chǎng)推廣。針對(duì)所負(fù)責(zé)銷售區(qū)域的特點(diǎn)提出建議,并進(jìn)行評(píng)估數(shù)據(jù)的收集。
5) Participate in after sales service, including coordinating exchange with agents, analyzing quality problem, training clients.
參與售后服務(wù),包括參與協(xié)調(diào)代理商退換貨,參與質(zhì)量問(wèn)題的分析, 對(duì)客戶進(jìn)行簡(jiǎn)單技術(shù)培訓(xùn)。
Education Qualification教育背景
1) Bachelor degree or above, major in Electric Engineering, WIN or PV related field.
本科以上學(xué)歷,電氣或機(jī)電, 或風(fēng)電等相關(guān)專業(yè)。
2) Major in engineering related field.
其他工科專業(yè)本科以上學(xué)歷。
Job Requirements能力要求:
1) English language; 熟練的英語(yǔ)聽(tīng)說(shuō)讀寫(xiě),能獨(dú)立與國(guó)外客戶交流;
2) Experience of at least 3-5 years in the WIND market (manufacturer, contractor, installation….)
3-5年或以上的風(fēng)電相關(guān)行業(yè)的經(jīng)驗(yàn)或背景;
3) Understanding of international business (most of the key players work in a global environment)
良好的溝通理解能力,能適應(yīng)英文的工作環(huán)境或與外籍同事及客戶的合作。
