 哈納斯東、西部熱電廠均位于銀川市區(qū)內(nèi)，生活、交通便利。西部熱電廠是寧夏首個(gè)熱電冷聯(lián)產(chǎn)示范項(xiàng)目，一期已于2009年投運(yùn)，二期擴(kuò)建裝機(jī)容量223MW，東部熱電廠裝機(jī)容量4×223MW，均將于2012年投運(yùn)。東、西部熱電廠由華北電力設(shè)計(jì)院總承包，美國柏誠公司進(jìn)行設(shè)計(jì)優(yōu)化，主要設(shè)備選用德國西門子公司SGT5-2000E燃?xì)廨啓C(jī)及國內(nèi)外知名品牌，并與西門子公司簽訂了國內(nèi)第一個(gè)主機(jī)長期維護(hù)協(xié)議和運(yùn)行與維護(hù)管理協(xié)議，全面引進(jìn)西門子公司先進(jìn)的管理理念和模式，必將實(shí)現(xiàn)資源的最佳配置和建設(shè)一支高素質(zhì)的運(yùn)維管理團(tuán)隊(duì)。西門子公司還將為本次招聘人員提供赴國外進(jìn)行專業(yè)技術(shù)和語言培訓(xùn)的機(jī)會(huì)。  

Both Hanas East and West Power Plants are located in Yinchuan City with convenience of transportation and livelihood. West Thermal Power Plant is the first Ningxia CCHP demonstration project; it's first stage was put into  operation in 2009; the installed capacity of second stage will be 223MW. East  Thermal Power Plant will have an installed capacity of 4 × 223MW. Both East and  West (Second stage) will be put into operation in 2012. East and West Thermal Power Plants are designed and constructed by North China Electric Power Design  Institute and optimized by Parsons Brinckerhoff; Gas turbines are Germany's  Siemens SGT5-2000E. Both Plants have signed Long-term Maintenance Contract (the first in China) and Operation & Maintenance Management Contract with Siemens. Hanas will  introduce an advanced management ideas and style from Siemens to achieve a  great natural and human resource distribution and to set up a high-level operation  & maintenance management group. Siemens will provide professional technique  and language training opportunity abroad for recruited staff.
